Spotlight Retail Group invites a Store Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive stock integrity, and deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.

• Support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Monitor stock recovery in department.
• Achieve sales growth and KPI targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team.
• Lead by example in all areas.
• Manage high-volume stock.
• Execute visual merchandising standards.
• Plan and launch catalogue campaigns.
• Lead stock integrity initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas
• High volume stock management
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred
• Visual merchandising experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
• Having an owner's mindsetfor your department
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
• A resilient & innovative problem solver
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
