• Establish and maintain partnerships with students, parents, government agencies and community groups.
• Apply strategic and future-focused thinking, maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and policies affecting schooling, students and staff, and manage the department's human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve goals.
