Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a P-12 setting.
• Proven ability to implement and sustain Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL).
• Experience managing complex student behaviour and developing support strategies.
• Ability to lead a case management approach for individual student needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate student engagement initiatives across Kuraby Special School.
• Drive Positive Behaviour for Learning with fidelity.
• Manage complex student behaviour and develop effective support strategies.
