Job summary
DB Dental Baldivis, part of National Dental Care, is seeking an experienced Dentist to join our established practice in Baldivis. With busy patient books, roster flexibility and full clinical autonomy, this is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team with strong clinical support.
You’ll enjoy a broad scope of dentistry across general, cosmetic and surgical treatments, with support from experienced colleagues and visiting specialists.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in general dentistry.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong commitment to patient-centred care.

DB Dental Baldivis is looking for an experienced Dentist to join our established, high-performing practice. With busy patient books, genuine roster flexibility and full clinical autonomy, this is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team with strong clinical support.
- Busy, established patient books with strong patient demand
- Flexible full-time or part-time opportunity
- Full clinical autonomy with no KPIs or production targets
- Experienced team led by a Lead Dentist of 13+ years, alongside six associate dentists
- Visiting specialists including a Prosthodontist, Paediatric Dentist and Oral Surgeon with a special interest in implants
- Modern 6-chair practice with CEREC, iTero, OPG, intraoral scanners and lasers
- Free onsite parking at Stockland Baldivis Shopping Centre
- Industry-leading CPD and clinical development through the National Dental Care Academy
