Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group is seeking a casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist for our Balgowlah centre. The role combines chair-side assistance with reception duties in a modern 3-chair practice, Monday–Friday with potential weekend work at higher rates.

You will join a warm, dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding patient care, with above award wages, weekend loading, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and reception or experience as a Medical Receptionist.
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols.
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist chair-side during dental procedures and sterilisation processes.
• Provide reception duties and patient check-in/check-out.
• Maintain infection control and equipment sterilisation standards.
• Support the dental team with daily tasks and patient care.

Our modern 3-chair practice offers a wide range of dental treatments, and you'll be welcomed into a warm, dedicated team that genuinely prides itself on delivering outstanding patient care. Availability Monday - Friday is essential Potential for weekend work on a rotational basis - higher hourly weekend rates apply! Conveniently located within Balgowlah Village Shopping Centre, with essential amenities close by Guided by a supportive Centre Leader, in a centre with a growing patient base
