Winmalee Family Smiles in Winmalee, NSW is seeking a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist for a casual, flexible weekday schedule. You will be the first and last point of contact for patients, handling bookings, inquiries, payments and records to keep the practice running smoothly.

Experience in dental reception is advantageous; familiarity with HICAPS and Medicare claims is valued. Hybrid reception and chairside assisting opportunities may be available as the team grows.

As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team.

We're offering a flexible casual position with a variety of weekday shifts, making this a great opportunity for someone seeking a supportive workplace with some flexibility in their roster.

About the Role

As one of the first and last points of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and keeping our practice running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include

• Greeting patients and creating a friendly, professional environment.
• Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, recalls and follow-ups.

Working Hours & Flexibility

This is a casual position with shifts available Monday to Friday.

Our roster includes a combination of:

• Morning shifts for earlier starts.
• Afternoon and evening shifts for later finishes.
• Full-day shifts depending on practice requirements.

We're looking for someone who can offer flexibility across different shift times, rather than being restricted to mornings or evenings exclusively.

We understand that everyone has commitments outside of work, and we're happy to discuss your availability to find an arrangement that works for both you and the practice.

The number and pattern of shifts may vary depending on operational requirements and staff availability.
