About the Role

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist in our thriving NDC Kooringal practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Receptionist
• Dental Assisting experience is desirable but not essential- Full training will be provided to the successful candidate
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite

You are:

• Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
• An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
