Job summary

Bupa Dental Broadway Ultimo in New South Wales is seeking a casual Dental Assistant - Receptionist to join our team. You will manage front-office duties including patient appointments, billing, payments and records while supporting clinical care delivery.

As the friendly face of the practice, you will coordinate patient enquiries, recalls and documentation, uphold infection control standards, and help ensure smooth operation while embodying Bupa’s values and commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
• Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
• Uphold excellence, safety, and integrity by working in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, data security obligations, and proudly role-modelling Bupa’s values every day.
