Job summary

Oral Health Victoria, located in Carlton, Victoria, is seeking a Dental Floor Coordinator to oversee dental assistants and allocate resources for the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Unit. You’ll manage chair arrangements, staffing, and real-time problem solving with the leadership team to improve throughput, safety, and team performance.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Dental Assisting is required.
• Minimum 6 years' current experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Experience leading teams in a clinical environment.
• Knowledge of rostering and workforce management.
• Strong understanding of oral health patient care processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dental lists and chair management to support clinical priorities.
