Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Australia as a Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator.
• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded.
• You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about customer service and patient care.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice, using knowledge of exceptional patient care and effective teamwork.
• Train Dental Assistants on correct processes for cleaning, sterilisation, chairside assistance and practice protocols.
• Establish and maintain effective sterilisation of contaminated instruments and equipment in accordance with practice standards.
