Qualifications

• Warm, friendly and confident communicating with patients, both in person and over the phone.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask.
• Comfortable following up with patients in a genuine, caring and professional manner.
• Team player who is happy to help wherever needed.
• Positive attitude and takes pride in their work.
• Experience with dental practice management software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supporting dentists with chairside procedures, sterilisation, infection control and ensuring surgeries run efficiently.
• Welcoming patients, answering calls, managing appointments, handling enquiries and helping the day run smoothly.
• Contacting patients regarding outstanding treatment, overdue appointments and recalls, and helping them organise their dental care.
• Helping patients understand their treatment plans, assisting with bookings and ensuring they feel supported throughout their dental journey.
• Working closely with dentists and team to improve systems, enhance the patient experience and contribute to the growth of the practices.
