Job summary

Bupa is hiring a Dental Assistant - Receptionist for a 4-chair practice at Castle Towers Castle Hill, NSW. This full-time permanent role offers 38 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, with onsite parking and easy access to transport.

You will deliver outstanding patient experiences, assist with chairside care, treatments, and x-rays, and manage patient records, appointments, and payments in a fast-paced dental setting while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
• Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
• Uphold excellence, safety, and integrity by working in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, data security obligations, and Bupa values.
