Qualifications

• Experience as dental assistant or dental reception preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and professional patient interaction.

• Infection control and sterilisation procedures adherence.
• Computer literacy with dental software or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during clinical procedures and position patients.
• Maintain sterile environment and sterilise instruments.
• Record patient treatment information accurately.
• Greet patients with professionalism.
• Manage reception duties including appointments.
• Process patient payments and billing.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions.
