Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant for a modern Northern Beaches practice in Sydney. You’ll be supported by experienced Dentists and a collaborative team, with systems that help you work confidently and efficiently.

In this role you’ll assist chairside during treatments, sterilise instruments, and help with patient education and coordination. Full working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in chairside assisting and sterilisation (essential).
• Dental reception experience (highly regarded).
• Confident communication and a calm, patient-first approach.
• Strong attention to infection control and clinical presentation.
• Reliable, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

About the position

Our client is looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our clients’ team in a friendly, high-performing practice. You’ll be supported by experienced Dentists and a collaborative front-of-house team, with systems that help you work confidently and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll support a range of treatments, which may include:

• General dentistry and preventive care (check-ups, cleans, fillings)
• Crowns and bridges, dentures and tooth extractions
• Root canal therapy and management of dental emergencies
• Cosmetic treatments such as whitening and veneers
• Orthodontic treatments (including clear aligners) and patient education
