Primary Dental is seeking a Casual Dental Assistant to join our team in Leichhardt. You will provide chairside support across varied procedures, deliver excellent patient care, and assist with reception tasks in a busy dental setting.

• Providing chairside dental assistance to our Dentists.

• Maintaining professional relationships with team members and patients.
• Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Answering telephone calls and enquiries; providing reception support.

The Role

We are looking for a CasualDental Assistant to join our dental team in Leichhardtwhere you will provide exceptional patient care and chairside dental assistance in a variety of dental procedures. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills by our supportive team.

The Responsibilities

• Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists
• Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
• Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
• Advising patients of care
• Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
• Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
• Answering telephone calls and enquiries
• Administration/Reception support

The Successful Candidates

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
• Possess a Cert III in Dental Assisting and/or have three or more years’ dental assisting experience preferred
