1300SMILES Toowoomba is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to support our clinicians and keep the practice running smoothly. The role starts on a casual basis for a few days each week with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position as the role grows.

You will perform chairside assisting, instrument preparation and sterilisation, while maintaining infection control standards and delivering friendly patient care within a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Responsabilidades

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
• Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
• Maintaining high standards of infection control
• Supporting clinicians throughout patient appointments
• Providing friendly and professional patient care
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the surgery
• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming clinical environment
