You’ll support clinical and front-desk tasks, manage appointments, welcome patients, process payments, and help maintain infection control. This full-time role operates on a 9-day fortnight, offering hands-on learning across both areas and a good work-life balance.

• Sterilisation and maintaining clinical compliance.
• Welcoming and supporting patients with a warm and professional approach.
• Managing patient appointments and recalls.
• Answering phone enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Processing payments and health fund claims.
• Supporting the team with day‑to‑day practice operations.
