An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join a friendly and supportive dental practice in Canberra.
This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least one year of dental experience who is looking to develop their skills, receive ongoing mentorship and build a long-term career within a welcoming practice.

Working across both dental assisting and reception, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards
• Sterilising instruments and managing clinical supplies
• Welcoming patients and providing a positive practice experience
• Managing appointments, patient enquiries and general reception duties
• Supporting the wider clinical and administrative team

To be considered, you will have:

• At least one year of experience in dental assisting & dental reception or a combined role
• Previous reception experience
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• A professional, organised and reliable approach
• The ability to work confidently as part of a supportive team
• A genuine interest in learning and developing your dental career
