My Local Dentists in Sydney is seeking a full‑time Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our friendly team. With 9 locations across Sydney, you will be rostered at a different practice each day and may travel between sites.

A driver's licence is advantageous but not essential. This role offers opportunities to expand skills beyond the clinical environment, with involvement in management and operational tasks.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist is a bonus, but not essential.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Great communication skills and the ability to make patients feel comfortable and welcome.
• Someone who is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail.
• Confidence using computers and dental software, or a willingness to learn.
• A caring and patient nature, with the ability to work well in a busy environment.
• A team player who is always happy to lend a helping hand.
• Flexibility to work across our Sydney locations
• Someone with a keen eye for detail who takes initiative in identifying areas for improvement and finding ways to make our practices run more efficiently.
• Someone who is eager to learn, grow professionally and expand their skills beyond the clinical environment, with an interest in taking on broader operational responsibilities.
• A driver's licence is preferred but not essential
