Smile & Skin Suite is expanding into general and cosmetic dentistry, and is seeking a hands-on dental assistant to work chairside, support sterilisation, and help shape efficient systems as the practice grows on the Sunshine Coast.

You will join a kind, professional team led by the principal dentist, with KPIs linked to incentives and a clear path for growth, including potential buy-in after five years. This role emphasizes patient experience and collaboration as the practice scales up.

Qualifications

• Has dental assisting / steri nurse experience or qualifications.
• Comfortable with change — building the practice as you go.
• Genuinely cares about patient experience and team culture.

Smile & Skin Suite is completing its fitout and expanding into general and cosmetic dentistry. You'll work directly with the principal dentist, helping set up systems, workflows and culture as the practice grows. Patient experience is the whole point — you'll help set that tone from day one.

Key responsibilities

Chairside assisting and sterilisation across general and cosmetic cases

Helping design and refine new clinical systems as the practice scales up
