Williamtown Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join a Defence-focused dental team at RAAF Williamtown. You will assist clinicians chair-side, prepare equipment, and help deliver high-quality oral care within a supportive, professional setting.

Applicants should have Certificate III in Dental Assisting and at least 2 years of chair-side experience, with current First Aid and CPR. The role offers predictable hours and on-base working conditions.

About Williamtown Health Centre

Williamtown Health Centre is located 30km north of Newcastle at RAAF Base Williamtown, Australia's premier fighter pilot training base. The base is one of the busiest in New South Wales, employing over 4500 people. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services. Standard operating hours are generally 0730-1530 Mon-Fri (depending on role requirements).

What you'll do

What you bring

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification
• 2 yearschair-side experience in a dental clinical setting
• Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certification
• Strong understanding of infection control and clinical standards
• Great communication skills with a caring, team-focused approach
