ForHealth Group is seeking a Part-time Dental Assistant to join our Ringwood dental team. You will provide chairside dental assistance across a busy clinic, delivering exceptional patient care and supporting operations. Training and development are offered within a values-driven culture.

Experienced candidates with a Cert III in Dental Assisting or 3+ years' dental assisting experience are encouraged to apply. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists.
• Delivering exceptional dental care and customer service.
• Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures.
• Advising patients of care.
• Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff.
• Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
• Booking in patients and providing administrative support.

The Role

We are looking for a Part-time Dental Assistant to join our dental team in Ringwood where you will provide exceptional patient care and chairside dental assistance in a variety of dental procedures. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills by our supportive team.

The Responsibilities

• Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists
• Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
• Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
• Advising patients of care
• Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff

The Successful Candidates

• Have previous chairside dental experience preferred
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
• Possess a Cert III in Dental Assisting and/or have three or more years’ dental assisting experience preferred
