Job summary

Combined Demolition Services is seeking a hands-on Working Supervisor to lead crews on asbestos (non-friable) and demolition sites across Central Coast NSW and beyond. You’ll drive safety, coordinate pre-starts, and ensure on-time, quality outcomes for projects while representing the company on-site with clients.

You’ll be supported by a clear career path, a company vehicle with fuel card and tolls, and a pay grade aligned to experience.

Qualifications

• Must have White Card, Driver Licence, Police Check, and WWCC or willingness to obtain.
• Experience leading demolition crews and site safety.
• Ability to manage on-site logistics and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Run crews on asbestos (non-friable) and demolition sites.
• Lead pre-starts/toolboxes and enforce PPE and WHS standards.
• Ensure site paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
• Coordinate site logistics, truck movements, and disposal runs.
• Keep productivity high while maintaining compliance and quality.
• Coach, develop, and hold the crew accountable to standards.
• Represent the business professionally on-site with clients and the public.
