An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and energetic Breakfast Demi Chef to join our talented kitchen team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an early riser who enjoys the fast pace of breakfast service and takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
As our Breakfast Demi Chef, you will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of our daily buffet breakfast, while supporting the effective operation of the Kitchen. Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade, you will help ensure a consistent, high-quality food offering and exceptional service standards.
As a Demi Chef, you will be reporting to the Executive Chef and supported by other senior members of the kitchen brigade. This role is primarily focused on breakfast operations and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time role as a Breakfast Chef, working a 4.30am - 12.30pm roster, 5 days per week.
