Job summary

Hamilton Island Enterprises on Hamilton Island, The Palms, is seeking a qualified Demi Chef to join our outdoor kitchen team, focusing on grilled meats and high‑heat cooking. You’ll work hands‑on across prep and service, maintaining quality in a busy environment and supporting your section to keep service moving.

We value a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, prior kitchen experience, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• Grill experience and confidence cooking meats highly regarded.
• Comfortable working around grills in a hot, outdoor kitchen.
