Job summary

CSR is seeking an analytical Demand Planner to join the North Ryde team. You will develop and manage 1–24 month demand forecasts, translating market signals into actionable insights to support operations and strategy.

Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Major Projects, and Senior Leadership to drive forecast accuracy, manage risks and opportunities, and contribute to ongoing IBP/S&OP improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets
• Commercially minded with an understanding of business demand drivers
• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders across multiple functions
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience within an S&OP or IBP environment will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales trends, market activity, and customer demand to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate demand insights from Sales, Marketing, Major Projects, NPD, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate forecast review meetings and build consensus demand plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate demand plans at product family and SKU level, managing exceptions and adjustments.
• Model demand scenarios and support monthly S&OP/IBP planning activities.

About the role:

This role is critical in supporting the IBP methodology, driving forecast accuracy, and ensuring demand signals are translated into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
