TwoScots are partnering with an established Australian consumer goods business to recruit an experienced Demand & Inventory Planner in Melbourne. The role features full-time permanent employment with a salary range of $100k-$110k plus Super and a Chadstone location.

The successful candidate will own planning across demand and inventory, work on process improvements, and collaborate with suppliers and warehouse partners to ensure stock availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across demand, supply or inventory planning.
• Strong forecasting, reporting, reconciliation and inventory management capability.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes through automation and analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail with proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage demand forecasting and inventory planning across a diverse product portfolio.
• Analyse sales and stock data to maintain appropriate inventory levels and product availability.
• Manage purchasing requirements and work closely with suppliers and warehouse partners.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support accurate inventory management across the business.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing planning, reporting and systems processes.

• Strong forecasting, reporting, reconciliation and inventory management capability
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and continuous-improvement mindset
