Mitre 10 Portland is seeking a reliable, energetic team player for a casual part-time role in the Trade Yard and truck deliveries. The role covers pickup/packing, loading, forklift operation, and customer service at the yard and trade counter.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift is desirable but training may be provided.
• Strong work ethic and reliable team member.
• Comfortable using Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.
• Experience with timber/hardware knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers safely and efficiently.
• Complete deliveries on time with a focus on service.
• Provide service at the trade counter and in the yard.
• Load and unload trucks with timber and building materials.
• Pick and pack orders for delivery.
• Assist tradies and DIY customers for fast service.
• Replenish stock and keep the yard tidy and safe.
