Job summary

Smokemart & GiftBox is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Sydney. You will pick, pack, and fulfil customer and store orders with accuracy, maintain stock levels, and uphold high presentation and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work well with others. Forklift experience is beneficial, and candidates must be able to work safely in line with WHS policies.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfil customer and store orders according to pick slips, ensuring accuracy.
• Follow inventory control procedures and warehouse processes to maintain stock accuracy.
• Assist with maintaining warehouse organisation, presentation, and operational standards.
• Work safely at all times while adhering to WHS policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
• Demonstrate the physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including being on your feet for the duration of shifts and undertaking manual handling tasks.
