Job summary

Queensland Government is seeking a Manager (Program Planning) to join our Brisbane team. The role provides specialist guidance on the Delivery Program Framework and delivers oversight of multi-year transport and infrastructure programs.

The position leads development of Regional Transport Blueprints, supports investment readiness, and delivers training to Program Owners and PMO staff to ensure consistent statewide practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on the Delivery Program Framework and related methods such as P3O and MSP(R).
• Lead the development and review of Regional Transport Blueprints and 10+ year infrastructure programs.
• Develop and review the Delivery Program Framework for statewide program planning and delivery consistency.
• Deliver training, coaching and support on program planning to Program Owners, Managers and PMO staff.
• Advise on establishment and tracking of program planning KPIs to support investment readiness and long-term development.
• Assist with delivery program health checks, pre/post reviews and quality reviews of documentation.
