Qualifications

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or
• At least three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations.

• Liaise with clients to understand delivery requirements and hire terms.
• Receive and process orders; plan efficient delivery schedules.
• Ensure goods are stored and transported to protect quality.

• Coordinate arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of transportation units.
• Ensure adherence to OHS regulations and internal standards.

• Manage the procurement and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel
• Liaise with clients to understand delivery requirements, offer advice on vehicle options and hire terms, and address any service-related concerns
• Receive and process orders and bookings; plan and execute efficient delivery schedules
• Ensure goods are stored and transported under conditions that protect their quality
• Organise timely collection and delivery of goods and vehicles
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular performance and compliance reports
• Coordinate the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of transportation units
• Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and internal standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2); or
• At least three years of relevant experience (which may substitute for formal qualifications)
