Job summary

UGL Pty Limited’s Transmission and Utilities business leads the delivery of major water infrastructure programs in Australia, coordinating design, construction, commissioning and operations. The Delivery Manager will guide Project Managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, and commercial success across projects within the program.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, and robust budget and schedule control to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in engineering and/or Project Management qualification preferably AIPM Diploma level or above.
• Experience in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling software.
• A minimum of 10 years’ demonstrable experience in project management in a multi-disciplined environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Project Managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams to achieve safe, efficient and successful project outcomes across the program portfolio.
• Provide strategic oversight of project delivery, ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality and performance objectives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, JV partners and key stakeholders, acting as the senior delivery interface for assigned projects and workstreams.
• Review and challenge project budgets, TOCs, forecasts and delivery strategies to ensure projects remain commercially viable and aligned with program objectives.
