UGL's Transmission and Utilities business is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of multiple water infrastructure projects in Australia. You will oversee Project Managers and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, on-time, and commercially viable outcomes aligned to scope, schedule and budget.
The role focuses on strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement with government and clients, and ensuring effective delivery across design, construction, commissioning and handover.
UGL's Transmission and Utilities business undertakes essential design & construction services for critical infrastructure in the power and water sectors. Our end-to-end delivery ranges from transmission lines, switchyards, substations, electrical distribution through to water and wastewater treatment plants and water pipelines.
Our expertise includes the design, construct, commission, operate and maintain where our Utilities Team safely leads and delivers design & construct projects across Australia. Our project delivery extends to include short and long-term contracts either through self-performance works, working with Sub-contractors or through Joint Ventures. Our work spans from engineering design through to structural, civil, electrical installation works and commissioning.
The Delivery Manager leads the delivery of multiple projects within a program of works for water infrastructure projects. The role is accountable for the performance of assigned projects and provides leadership to Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe, efficient and commercially sound outcomes aligned to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
