Job summary

TasNetworks Cambridge Depot is seeking a Works Delivery Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a portfolio of work across the network. You will ensure jobs are well scoped, clearly packaged and ready to go so our operations crews can deliver safely, on time and to standard.

This permanent full-time role offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package, with a base salary from $144,674 per annum plus super/overtime/allowances, and total package negotiable based on skills and

Qualifications

• Experience in work planning, scheduling or delivery in utilities or similar.
• Understanding of electricity networks (overhead and/or underground)
• Strong coordination skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience using SAP or similar systems
• Commercial awareness and focus on efficient delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Leadership capability, including coaching others
• Current driver’s licence or willingness to obtain it

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, practical work packages that set crews up for success.
• Keep work flowing between planners, schedulers and field teams.
• Identify risks early and drive smarter, more efficient ways of working.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to plan outages and delivery.
• Monitor costs and keep delivery on track.
• Provide technical guidance to scopers and senior trades.
• Support fault response and emergency work when required
