Blackroc is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end business systems delivery across ERP, CRM, BI and AI. You will drive intake, prioritisation, scheduling and release cycles while balancing support work and planned initiatives.

You will chair cross-functional working groups and ensure vendor performance aligns with budgets and timelines. A background in Dynamics 365 and ITSM is highly valued, with experience across Australia and New Zealand as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years leading business systems delivery as a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager or senior project manager.
• Delivered Dynamics 365 and can challenge partner scope/estimate; Finance & Operations preferred, Sales valued.
• Run continuous releases and ITSM queue side by side.

Responsabilités

• Run the pipeline for ERP (D365 Finance and Operations), CRM (D365 Sales), BI and AI: intake, prioritisation, scheduling and release
• Keep the support queue and planned work in balance
• Chair the ERP, CRM and Data working groups and report to the Steering Committee
• Hold partners to scope, budget and schedule: statements of work, change requests, and timesheets checked against invoices
