Job summary

Hitech Asia Pacific in Australia is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex ICT projects and Agile delivery teams within a Federal Government environment. You will drive SAFe, Scrum and Jira-based delivery across multiple squads, ensuring high-quality outcomes against ambitious timelines.

The role offers a 12-month contract with view to extension and hybrid working arrangements across QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW or SA.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience delivering complex ICT projects using Agile and SAFe.
Experience leading technical implementations involving enterprise financial platforms.
Proven Scrum delivery, sprint planning, backlog management and Agile coaching.
Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
Proficient with Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple Scrum teams and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
Manage project scope, timelines, sprint schedules and release planning.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and technical teams to maintain product backlogs.
Oversee governance, risk management and reporting for delivery programs.
Coach teams in Agile frameworks and SAFe practices.
