Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd seeks a Lead Delivery Manager to drive the delivery of complex applications, data services and system enhancements within a major Australian Government ICT environment. You will lead Agile delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support the modernisation of enterprise data platforms, including AWS and Teradata. Initial full-time onsite attendance in Canberra is mandatory.

Location: Canberra, ACT. Contract: Until 30 June 2027 with two 12-month extensions. Security: NV 1.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in planning and coordinating ICT delivery in complex environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, applications and services.
• Strong Agile/Scrum leadership with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven ability to engage, negotiate and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of enterprise applications and data services.
• Translate roadmaps into delivery plans, milestones and resource schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary Agile teams and manage risks and dependencies.
• Oversee releases, testing, and transition to operations with governance and security alignment.
