Job summary

Qantas is hiring a Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end digital roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards platform from Adelaide. You will drive customer-focused enhancements, coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams, and ensure platform stability and budget discipline throughout the product lifecycle.

You will guide agile delivery, coach squads in agile practices, manage risks, and partner with stakeholders to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Iteration Manager.
• Experience in the airline industry or with booking systems preferred.
• Plan and coordinate delivery from discovery through to release.
• Coach teams to adopt Agile mindsets and practices.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Miro; strong stakeholder mgmt.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As the Delivery Lead, you will lead the design, planning and delivery of the digital roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards online booking tool and Business Account. This role is responsible for identifying, scoping and implementing product enhancements, while assessing customer journey, infrastructure and resourcing impacts. You will manage delivery risks, accelerate impediments where required, and work closely with cross-functional technology teams and vendors to ensure dependencies are clearly mapped, sequenced and delivered on time.

You will develop solution options, delivery plans and cost estimates while managing complex interdependencies across systems, people and processes. Partnering with stakeholders across Qantas Loyalty, Technology, Digital and operational teams, you will deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring outcomes meet business requirements, timelines and budgets. You will also be accountable for ongoing platform stability, operational support and financial management, including oversight of contingent labour, contractor management and associated governance.

You’ll have:

• 3+ yearsas an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Iteration Manager in a digital environment.
• Knowledge and experience in the airline industry or with booking systems is preferred.
• Proven ability to plan andcoordinatedelivery from discovery through to release, optimising time to value.
• Demonstrated ability to coach individuals and squads in adopting Agile mindsets and practices, enabling high-performing teams.
• Proficient in multiple agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban,DesignThinking, and other frameworks.
• Strong capability in risk and issueidentification and management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Miro.
