Job summary

Port of Newcastle is seeking a Head of Delivery and Infrastructure Services to steer the delivery of its project portfolio and provide strategic oversight of engineering and infrastructure services.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Executive Leadership and key stakeholders to ensure projects align with Port of Newcastle's long-term objectives and regional growth plans, delivering value and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading major capital or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Extensive experience managing contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Strong commercial, procurement and contract management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Port of Newcastle's project portfolio and provide strategic oversight of engineering and infrastructure services.
• Drive delivery excellence across the organisation and align projects with long-term strategic objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with Executive Leadership, sponsors and stakeholders.
