Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Digital Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs for strategic clients across Australia. You will own delivery governance, client satisfaction, financial performance, resource management and risk control to ensure successful execution of complex technology engagements.

The role prefers candidates based in Australia with full work rights, and offers flexible or remote work options within a national footprint.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: own end-to-end delivery of digital programs and managed services; ensure delivery excellence across application development, cloud, data, AI, integration and digital experience; drive program governance, quality assurance, risk management and operational performance; lead multi-vendor and distributed teams across Australia and offshore locations.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: act as senior trusted advisor for client executives; lead Steering Committee and Executive Governance meetings; manage stakeholder expectations, escalations and business outcomes; drive customer satisfaction and relationship growth.
• Financial Management: own portfolio P&L, revenue, margin and forecasting; drive productivity improvements and cost optimization; monitor contracts, SOWs and change requests.
• People Leadership: lead delivery managers, project managers, architects and engineering teams; drive talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning and capability development; build high-performing teams focused on delivery excellence.
• Digital Transformation & Innovation: lead adoption of Cloud, Data, AI/GenAI, automation and modern engineering; partner with clients to define transformation roadmaps and value realization; promote innovation and delivery-led sales opportunities.
• Risk & Compliance: ensure governance, security, privacy, regulatory and contractual requirements; manage delivery risks, dependencies and issue resolution.

Your role

The Digital Delivery Leader is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs for strategic clients across Australia. The role owns delivery governance, client satisfaction, financial performance, resource management, risk control, and delivery-led growth while ensuring successful execution of complex technology engagements. You are ideally already based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with full Australian work rights.

Your responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital programs and managed services engagements.
• Ensure delivery excellence across Application Development, Cloud, Data, AI, Integration, and Digital Experience programs.
• Drive program governance, quality assurance, risk management, and operational performance.
• Lead multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams across Australia and offshore locations.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the senior trusted advisor for client executives.
• Lead Steering Committee and Executive Governance meetings.

Your Profile:
