Job summary

Reece Group in Moe is seeking a customer‑focused Delivery/Trade Counter team member to help landscapers and irrigation specialists access the products they need for outdoor spaces and to keep the branch running smoothly.

You will occasionally deliver using a company vehicle, handle pick packing and stock control, provide product information and quotes in person or over the phone, and help maintain a tidy, safe branch.

Qualifications

• Delivery driving experience and ability to assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Able to pick orders, stock control, and maintain shop displays.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and willingness to work weekends.
• Looking to grow within the network or head office.

About The Role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Moe, you’ll help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Providing customer service and information about productsProviding quotes both in person and over the phone
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in delivery dtiving and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Is tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems
• Has a clean valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
