Job summary

Reece Plumbing in Colac is seeking a part-time Trade Counter team member to deliver parts, help customers, and keep the warehouse running smoothly. The role involves delivering products, picking and packing, stock control, and ensuring a tidy, safe branch environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service, is comfortable with new systems, holds a valid driver’s licence and can work varied shifts including weekends.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Colac, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

Please note this is a permanent part time position.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Is tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
