Job summary

Reece Group in Unanderra, NSW, is seeking a Trade Counter team member to assist plumbers and tradespeople with product access and branch services. You will also handle deliveries and customer inquiries, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

A path to career growth within our network is available; a valid driver’s license is required and forklift experience is a plus. The role promotes safe, friendly service and ongoing development.

Qualifications

As part of the Trade Counter team in Unanderra, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.

Providing customer service and information about products.

Providing quotes both in-person and over the phone.

Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives.

We're looking for people with career potential and a growth mindset.

Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.

Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.

Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.

Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
