Job summary

Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver for the Pambula site to join the logistics team and support packaging, loading and delivery of Stratco products to our trade and retail customers across regional NSW. You will need MC or HC licences, a strong safety focus and a reliable, customer‑facing attitude.

Forklift experience is a plus and the role allows autonomous work while collaborating with colleagues to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery and customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with packaging, loading and delivery of products.
• Deliver and unload goods to customer premises as required.
• Secure load and prepare manifest; update records and logs.
• Maintain vehicle and driver logs and perform routine housekeeping.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Delivery Driver based out of our Pambula site. This position involves working as part of our collaborative team - reporting to the Pambula Branch Manager.

As a Delivery Driver you will be a member of our logistics team and be required to assist with packaging, loading and delivery of products to our trade and retail customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in partnership with the loading team to locate finished goods and assist with placement onto delivery vehicles
• Secure load and prepare manifest
• Deliver and unload goods at customer premises as required
• Scan and update records and manifests
• Maintain vehicle and driver logs
• General housekeeping activities
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs
• Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
• Enjoys working autonomously
• CV license or crane truck experience highly advantageous
• MC or HC license essential
• Forklift ticket whilst preferred is not essential
• Dogging certificate (preferred)
