Jaycouch Pty Ltd operates parcel delivery services from the Murwillumbah depot, serving Kingscliff and nearby locations. A reliable delivery driver is needed to load, sort and plan routes for daily parcel drops in a large van.

With a casual, Monday–Friday schedule and around 38 hours per week, the role includes a company vehicle and training, plus superannuation. You will interact with customers and ensure safe, professional service on every stop.

Jaycouch Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable, motivated and organised Delivery Driver to join our parcel delivery operations servicing the Kingscliff area. This is a casual position offering regular Monday to Friday work, with approximately 38 hours per week anticipated. You will operate a company-provided large delivery van, delivering parcels to residential and commercial customers throughout the Kingscliff area. Each day will begin at our Murwillumbah depot, where you will be responsible for sorting your allocated freight, loading your vehicle and planning an efficient delivery route.

Key responsibilities

Sorting and organising parcels at our Murwillumbah depot.

Safely loading your delivery vehicle in an efficient delivery sequence.

Planning and managing your daily delivery route.

Completing approximately 65-85 delivery stops per day.

Delivering parcels to residential addresses and local businesses.

Using electronic delivery applications to record deliveries and obtain proof of delivery.

Providing professional and friendly customer service.

Handling parcels safely and following workplace safety procedures.

Maintaining a clean and presentable delivery vehicle.

About you

Confidence driving a large delivery van.

Good organisational and time management skills.

The ability to work independently and manage daily delivery requirements.

A reasonable level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular lifting, loading, unloading and frequent entry and exit from the vehicle.

Basic smartphone skills and the ability to use electronic delivery applications.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe driving.

A positive attitude, reliability and good customer service skills.

Previous courier or delivery driving experience is desirable but not essential.

$34.40 per hour + superannuation.

Regular Monday to Friday work, with approximately 38 hours per week anticipated.
