Action Workforce Pty is seeking reliable Van Courier Delivery Drivers to service Toowoomba and surrounding areas. You will handle local parcel deliveries, build customer rapport, and operate within a supportive team. Training is provided to get you started.

This casual role offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule during peak season with potential for ongoing opportunities beyond December, plus a competitive hourly rate and weekly pay.

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Van Courier Delivery Drivers to complete local parcel deliveries throughout Toowoomba and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working within a supportive team environment.

No prior courier experience No problem. Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive 2-week buddy training program, riding alongside an experienced driver who will provide hands‑on support, guidance, and coaching. You ll continue working with your buddy driver until you feel confident and comfor performing the role independently. This structured training program ensures you are set up for success day one.

Initially offered on a casual basis, this position provides consistent Monday to Friday work during the busy peak season, with the possibility of ongoing employment beyond December for the right candidates.
