Job summary

Oxworks is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver with a HR License to join our Crestmead Head Office Team. This is a full-time position, 38hr a week plus overtime.

The Driver’s primary focus is to ensure on-time receipt and delivery of stock and finished goods to internal Branches, review orders for accuracy, and provide exceptional service to branch staff. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will assist with loading/unloading, adhere to routes and time schedules, and reinforce Oxworks’

The Role

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the Driver’s primary focus is to:

• Ensure deliveries are always compliant with company policies and procedures
• Pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules as specified by the Distribution Manager
• Assist with loading and unloading items from trucks where required
• Provide exceptional customer service to our Branches & branch staff
• Work to reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission and Values

In summary, the Delivery Driver is a key frontline person in the organisation, providing the human link between Oxworks manufacturing and the staff in Branches.

In Summary:

A Driver is responsible for ensuring the accurate, compliant, and on-time receipt, loading, and delivery of stock and finished goods to internal branches. This role includes reviewing orders prior to dispatch, adhering to designated delivery routes and schedules, assisting with loading and unloading where required, providing exceptional service to branch staff, and actively supporting the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

What You Need:

• Current HR or above license (REQUIRED)
• Demonstrated driver/warehouse experience in manufacturing environment
• High level of attention to detail
