Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Delivery Driver to join our team in New South Wales. You will pick, pack, fulfil orders, manage inventory, and safely deliver goods to stores and customers.

The role requires physical fitness, accuracy, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced warehouse environment. A forklift licence is favourable and a police check within 12 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfil customer and store orders according to pick slips, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfilment.
• Follow inventory control procedures and warehouse processes to maintain stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Assist with warehouse organisation, presentation, and maintaining operational standards.
• Safely load, unload, check, and prepare customer and store orders for dispatch and delivery.
• Deliver orders safely and efficiently while following delivery schedules and providing excellent customer service.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and warehouse equipment safely, including completing routine safety checks and reporting defects as required.
• Work safely at all times while adhering to WHS policies, procedures, road rules, and workplace safety standards.
• Demonstrate the physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including prolonged periods on your feet, repetitive manual handling, and lifting tasks.
