Job summary

The Palms is seeking a hands-on delivery driver to serve residential and commercial customers across Sydney. You will deliver plants, pots and garden products, load and unload vehicles, and ensure items are transported safely and securely.

You must be physically fit, hold an Australian driver's licence, provide excellent customer service, and manage a daily delivery schedule with reliability and attention to detail.

• Delivering plants, pots, garden products and other nursery items safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring products are secured correctly for transport
• Carefully handling plants and fragile pots to minimise damage during loading, transport and delivery

• Assisting customers with unloading and positioning plants, pots and products where required
• Checking orders and delivery paperwork for accuracy

• Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and general condition of the delivery vehicle
• Assisting with general nursery duties when required between deliveries
• Working closely with the retail and nursery teams to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time
