Job summary

Green Circle Growers in Arcadia NSW is seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals for immediate start as Nursery Hand or Order Picker/Dispatch. Join a growing wholesale plant nursery and help fulfill orders while working outdoors all year.

Responsibilities include selecting plants for orders, general nursery duties, and operating tractors and trailers as required. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with on-site work and training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture is beneficial but training will be provided on the job.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Green Circle Growers is a leading Wholesale Plant Nursery in Arcadia NSW.

We are currently expanding and are looking for dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for an IMMEDIATE START.

The positions we have available are both as a Nursery Hand & Order Picker/Dispatch.

List of duties would include but not limited to the following:

• Selecting and picking plants for orders.
• Driving tractor and towing trailers etc.
• General nursery duties include but are not limited to potting, labelling, pruning, staking, fertilizing and weeding plants.

Successful applicants will:

• Be required on a full-time basis (Monday-Friday).
• Possess excellent vocal & written communication skills.
• Be fit and healthy as this role can be physically demanding.
• Be able to learn botanical names & varieties & differentiate between them.
• Be able to work within a team environment.
• Have a genuine interest in Horticulture.
• Have a valid driver's licence & own method of transportation.
• Hold Australian citizenship status for employment eligibility.

Experience & plant knowledge is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors all year round in all weather conditions.
